Before you decide to engage Wedding Concierge as your wedding planner, we believe it is important to first understand your needs and requirements. We will help you manage expectations and introduce you to various ideas that will suit your budget and needs. Through the planning process, we will guide you along the various milestones and details and ensure that no detail is left out on the wedding day.
2. Budget Analysis
Based on your wedding budget, we will seek to recommend service providers and ideas to meet your budgetary needs, yet creating the wedding of your dreams.
3. Service Providers Management
This includes reservation of venues and securing the services of caterers, photographers, videographers, bridal makeup artist and hairstylist, bridal boutiques, tailors, florists, jeweller etc.
Be it an outdoor, church or a hotel wedding, we will help source and secure the services of required service providers. We will help you make appointments and arrange for follow-up sessions with the designated service providers, as well as be present for appointments. We will also go through contracts to ensure accuracy and advise you on billing matters.
4. Event Coordination
Actual day coordination does not imply that we will only appear on your wedding day for a few hours to execute our service. It involves understanding of your requirements and expectations for the wedding day, as well as getting acquainted with your hired service providers and helpers.
We are pleased to offer Event Coordination Only packages as well, which would start from S$1,800.00 for a small to medium sized banquet-only event.
